Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This policy describes the actual data practices of the ChopAI Solutions website. It is provided for transparency and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before being relied upon as a binding legal document.

This Privacy Policy explains how ChopAI Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit chopaisolutions.com and interact with our forms. ChopAI Solutions is the client implementation division of the ChopAI ecosystem, which also includes ChopAI Studio (chopaistudio.com).

Information You Provide

We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our forms. The Free AI Demo request form collects your name, email address, business name, optional website URL, industry, solution interest, a description of your business challenge, preferred demonstration type, and any optional message. The Contact form collects your name, email address, business name, subject, and message. Both forms require you to affirmatively consent to being contacted before they can be submitted.

Information Collected Automatically

When you submit a form, we record limited attribution information to understand how inquiries reach us: the page you submitted from, the source domain (chopaisolutions.com), and, when present, the referring website and campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags in the link you followed). If you arrive from within the ChopAI ecosystem (for example, from chopaistudio.com), that referring domain may be recorded. We do not fabricate attribution: when no referring domain or campaign information is present, those fields are simply left empty.

To protect our forms from automated abuse, we use a hidden anti-spam field (a “honeypot”) and a short-term, in-memory rate limit based on the requesting network address. These mechanisms are used only to prevent spam and are not used to profile you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare the demonstration you requested, and communicate with you about your request. When a form is submitted, our internal team receives an email notification containing your submission so we can follow up. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

This site stores a small preference in your browser’s local storage to remember your light/dark theme choice. This preference is functional and does not identify you.

When analytics are enabled by the site operator, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage (such as pages viewed, navigation clicks, and whether a form was started or submitted). Analytics is configured to operate only when a measurement identifier is present; if none is configured, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. We do not send personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or message content) to Google Analytics. Because ChopAI Solutions and ChopAI Studio operate as one ecosystem across two domains, analytics may use cross-domain measurement so that a visit spanning chopaisolutions.com and chopaistudio.com is not double-counted.

Service Providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate this site: our application hosting and database are provided through the Abacus.AI platform, email notifications are delivered through Abacus.AI’s notification email service, and analytics (when enabled) are provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver their services.

Data Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our business communications. You may request that we delete your information as described below.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us. To make a request, please use our contact form. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; this policy will be updated as those practices are formalized.

Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
